Technically Philly and Start Philly to partner around content and more
by John Cappiello on February 22, 2010
The virtuous are the collaborative ones

After announcing their one-year birthday at Technically Philly and following a few relatively successful months starting here at Start Philly, our two organizations have decided to form a bit of a working relationship.
We met last week inside a Sansom Street restaurant and got familiar over drafts of Yards and comped whiskey. By the end of the night, we had an understanding.
In the coming weeks, you just might start seeing three things.
- A monthly submission at Technically Philly from our crew here.
- Occasional content sharing in which we grab a graf or two from each other’s startup coverage and direct readers to that other site for the rest.
- Other possible partnerships and other general hand-holding, perhaps around content, events or promotion.
We bring more experience in the entrepreneurial world in town while Brian, Chris, Sean and the rest of Technically Philly bring a wider audience, a journalistic background, and more comprehensive coverage.
Our two sites will experiment with what seems to work best. Mostly, we’re trying to embody the spirit of collaboration that is slowly becoming a staple quality of Philadelphia’s technology, startup and innovation communities.
So whatcha think?
